Returns & Cancellations

We can't promise mistakes will never happen, but we do promise to make things right as quickly as possible.

• If an error occurs on our end, ITECCA takes full responsibility to resolve it and ensure you aren't out of pocket.
• Return shipping is the sender's responsibility; if we organize a collection on your behalf, a fee will apply.
• Any reported faults will be handled in accordance with our standard Warranty Policy.
• Refunds cannot be issued if the product's original packaging has been opened or tampered with.
• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience!
• Items that have been specially ordered for your specific requirements cannot be returned.
• Faulty merchandise returned to us will be repaired and sent back, replaced, or credited at our sole discretion.
• Should replacement parts or units need to be shipped out before we receive the faulty item back, you will be invoiced accordingly, with your assigned returns number included.
• ITECCA does not cover any labor costs associated with the repair or replacement of faulty goods.
